Curriculum planning
Our School is fully implementing the Cambridge English curriculum. Daily curriculum is child-centered, flexibly utilizing picture book teaching and planned activities, utilizing two languages and three modes of communication. It also emphasizes environmental setup and sensory exploration to promote holistic child development. In recent years, there has been a greater focus on fostering children's creativity by providing diverse opportunities and spaces for them to experience aesthetic beauty and engage in creative activities.
We will follow the "Kindergarten Education Curriculum Guide" (2017) to plan curriculum. Children of nursery classes will not be asked to write, and there will not be mechanical copying exercises and drills on calculation.
Learning / Teaching approach and activities
1. Group learning, planning activities, community involvement, outdoor visits; 2. Employs English and Putonghua teachers specifically.
Assessment of children’s learning experiences
1. Continuous observations are implemented on children's learning outcomes; 2. Establish children's learning portfolio to record children's growth
